CANCELLATION POLICY

ONLINE IMMERSIONS

Once you sign up to an online offering you are financially committed to fulfil any payment plans or outstanding fees. The payment plans exist to help make the immersion accessible; they are not monthly subscriptions that end if you leave the immersion. The full amount is still due.

All places are non-refundable. If something comes up during the immersion and you need to leave, we will have a conversation about how to best support you stepping away and explore the potential of joining future immersions. All payments must be honoured.

If you have had any major physical or emotional illness within the past 5 years, or are under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must notify us of the details at the time of booking.
