ORPHEUS

A FREE EMBODIED MYTH PRACTICE

ORPHEUS

A FREE EMBODIED MYTH PRACTICE

Come down to the Underworld.

Drop into your body. Meet Orpheus in the Halls of Hades. In the chambers of your own heart.

The music is played live by exquisite harpist and heartist, Georgie Buchanan.

Orpheus’s story reminds us that: “Sacrifice to the Deities of the Dead was made with averted face; no looking, only the voice, was allowed in the realm of the departed. That, could work miracles.”

what this is

An Invitation to Embody the Myth

This isn't a lecture on Greek mythology, a seminar on semantics or themes or history. It is a living transmission from the Underworld, which you will meet on your own terms.

I drop you into body, into the ground of being. The fertile layer of earth which is the soil for all the myths, all the stories and all the humanness that tells them. You’ll sense Orpheus’ story move through you. You might not even hear my words, you may just feel them coursing through your veins, your arteries, your blood.

This is a story that longs to escape the confines of the books, of the great texts, and to leap back into the whole of your being.

You don’t need to be a scholar, a classicist or a storyteller to meet this story. The only requirement is a human heart.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You feel the pull.

You feel pulled toward the Underworld, not away from it.

You want to taste the myth, not just hear it.

You're ready to meet your longing without looking away.

AN INVITATION

This practice is a doorway.

It's the first step into Instructions for the Underworld. Come and see what's waiting for you down there.

Follow Orpheus’ Longing.

“Libby reignited a spark in my imaginal world, I now offer that world as much devotion as my waking life. I am immersed in symbols that flicker behind closed and open eyes. I have dream companions, protectors that are by my side. I am living with big questions but I have a whole universe of wisdom to tap into when I sit with soul. If you are wondering what is deep inside your soul, what is whispering or screaming to be heard, which path to walk down, which way to swim or how to live with such deep hunger for life, then sit with Libby.”
