TENDING TO SOUL: ONLINE DEPTH WORK

pth Psychotrapy

“Psychotherapy has its own definition of health; a definition that allows for wholeness and makes room for the inevitable and unavoidable sufferings and strife of a fully lived life.”

Guy Dargert

Online Depth Psychotherapy

Psychotherapeutic healing moves within the deep currents of the embodied psyche.
The places where sensation, symbol and story rise through body and ask to be known.

To attend to the psyche is to listen to the inner life of the body itself: to the shifts of emotion, the spark of an image, the memory that stirs beneath the surface. When psychotherapy meets this inner life directly — somatically, symbolically and through the intelligence of symptom — it becomes an act of tending the soul.

WORK WITH ME

I offer a space where soul can speak.

Together, we listen for what is alive, emergent and ready to be met in the space between us. We may follow the thread of a dream, a bodily sensation, the pulse of a symbol, or whatever naturally draws our attention as we move through imaginal, embodied and psychological terrains. The work unfolds organically, guided by what your inner life brings forward.

I am an integrative psychotherapist rooted in depth psychology, weaving Process Work, embodied mythopoetics and the transpersonal. This means our sessions may traverse body, mind, soul and spirit. We will meet your experience on multiple levels, from the tangible to the imaginal.

I work with people, with souls, who long for a therapy space that goes beyond talking about their experience and instead listens into it

This includes those navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship patterns, creative blocks or a sense of disconnection from self or purpose. We explore your inner world through sensation, emotion, dream, image, myth and embodied awareness, at a pace that feels safe and true for you.

If you are drawn to trust the deeper intelligence within you, the mystery, the magic, the unfolding nature of psyche, I welcome you into this work

I connected with Libby when I was having an especially hard run with difficult nightmares, and we worked together virtually for six months. Her calm and welcoming presence and skilled space holding helped me enter the dreamwork with ease, despite the difficult nature of my Dream landscape. She guided me through rich and lighthearted conversations, plucking at each thread of my dreamscape, helping me become more deeply intimate with my inner worlds. Through our work, I found that I was able to be more of a neutral observer in my Dreams, increasing my sense of presence and enriching my ability to observe and be curious towards the active elements in my psyche. Despite difficult themes and emotions present in my Dream World, our work together was fun and truly a delight.

Kelly

Libby takes us by the hand, walks us through, and intimately guides us into the realm of psyche, the realm of soul—that liminal space where we can connect to a deeper and broader sense of who we are and where we come from. She speaks to the poet and the mystic in each of us, the one that dares to descend, that yearns for connection, but ultimately, the one that knows. As she threads in wisdom from both the imaginal and the embodied realms, she helps us to remember. To re-member. She reacquaints us with the magical, the mystical, the darkness, the mystery, the shadow.

With Libby, we remember that we are everything, intimately intertwined with existence, with the exquisite agony of being here, where poetry and magic coexist with brutality and despair. She holds this line from a place of embodied acceptance, from an inner knowing that she must—because it matters. It matters that we turn to darkness and uphold the glimmer, that we encounter joy amidst a world in calamity. Because she cares. And this is the essential thing. It hurts to care so much. Do we turn away, or do we turn towards the sacred ache and bear witness to such a degree that it becomes a thing of real beauty, of service, of belonging?

Thank you, Libby, for holding this degree of entirety in you and for showing us the way—through your storytelling, your guardianship, your showing up, again and again.
