Meet Your Guide
I’m Libby Rose Waite, creator of Embodied Dream Weaving and steward of the upcoming immersion also titled Instructions for the Underworld. This free workshop is your gateway into that sacred journey.
I’ve spent years learning the ways of descent. Not from books, but from my own body, my own grief, my own long nights in the dark asking the old Gods to hold me. I’ve worked with many deities, and none have held me more than the Deities of the Dead.
None have offered me more holding than Demeter.
I’m here to invite you to experience that holding for yourself, and whatever you are right on the edge of. I know what it is to choose the unknown over the safe. I know what it costs and I know what waits on the other side.
I have no easy answers, no simple solutions. I just have my devoted heart. And I offer a container strong enough to meet what's already stirring in you; devotion, mystery and a certainty that is beyond the confines of words. You will not be descending alone.
The Underworld is not a place of punishment: it is the place beneath the surface. In the deeper recesses of body, earth and the animate.
The place where seeds dream and souls remember who they are.

The calling to go into the Underworld was strong and insistent. My inner wisdom knew this was my path, long before I decided to say yes.
The threshold felt cavernous, I knew it was going to be a journey into the self, however I didn’t realise how deep and profound it would be.
Each week we meet someone new, or look at something with a new lens, we have giggled, belly laughed, cried, shuddered, winced and whooped with joy, I have felt at times both wretched and whole, but always enriched and intrigued to go back in for more.
