These four practices are an Aerobic Retelling of the stories of the stars.
Over the 4 x 1 hour practices, you will:
Pour the passion of the love affair between Ares and Aphrodite (Mars and Venus), God of War and Goddess of Beauty into your liquified muscles.
Call back the balancing presence of Astraea, holder of Libra’s scales, so she may restore harmony on Earth.
Voyage through the Odyssey as Poseidon sets storms upon the seas.
Offer your gratitude to the gifts given to you by Jupiter, King of the Gods, in his discotheque amongst the stars.
Each practice is a combination of somatic inquiry, free movement and boogie.
Primal Prayer is inspired by Shake the Dust, Greek Mythology and the stars.
Though the classes were themed given astrological aspects of the time, the energies, archetypes and stories invoked are timeless and are waiting to be returned to, revered and reanimated again and again.

Primal Prayer is offered through the Samavesa School of Tantra, Somatics and Embodied Yoga as a taster of the 300 Hour Advanced Facilitator training.
